The Power of Himalayan Salt: Flavor and Health in Every Bite

An easy way to give any food a flavor kick plus add some healthy benefits is to use black or pink Himalayan salt. Use them as a seasoning or a sprinkle for extra flavor and texture.


Black Himalayan salt know as "Kala Namak" is fired in kilns near the Himalayan salt mines. It is highly valued for its medicinal quality and slightly pungent odor.
